Setting Goals and How to Accomplish Your Goals

Setting Goals and accomplishing them in life are always a challenge. In this video I share from my own experience in the last 6 months while losing over 80lbs.

My keys to achieving my goals:

1. Tell yourself the truth when setting goals. Be honest with the place your currently are and where you want to be. DON’T LIE TO YOURSELF

2. Make a promise, but not to others. Rather make the promise to yourself. We are far less likely to break a promise to ourselves.

3. Setting short term goals within your main goal. Allow yourself to achieve miniature successes along the way fueling your long term success.
